Ingredients

2-3 units Star Anise Depends on their size
2 Bundles Pine Needles Preferably fresh
1 Liter Water

Instructions

Wash the pine needles thoroughly.
Place the pine needles and anise stars in a pot and fill it with one liter of water.
Place the pot on high heat with the lid closed.
Once the water starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low until you see tiny bubbles.
Close the lid and let the infusion simmer for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, turn off the heat and leave the pot with the lid closed to rest for another 20 minutes.
After the resting time, the drink is ready. Strain the liquid using a sieve.
