Ingredients

Blanched Almond Flour

Baking Soda

Sea Salt

Agave Syrup

teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Combine the almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
In another separate bowl, Whisk the eggs, and then add the agave and vinegar.
Add wet ingredients into dry while stirring
Butter a small (approx. 6×3 inch) English cake baking tray
Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven.
Test with a knife to see that it comes out clean
Cool and enjoy ;)
Notes
It is delicious toasted with almond butter, raspberry jelly, and a sprinkle of salt.
You can add flavoring like orange lemon zest or almond extract to enhance the flavor.
