Gluten Free Almond Bread
High in protein, Low in carbs and extremely delicious! What else can we possibly wish for? Oh yes, You can also have it with both salty or sweet toppings. What can I say.... The world of possibilities in your hand 🙂
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Agave Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- In another separate bowl, Whisk the eggs, and then add the agave and vinegar.
- Add wet ingredients into dry while stirring
- Butter a small (approx. 6×3 inch) English cake baking tray
- Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven.
- Test with a knife to see that it comes out clean
- Cool and enjoy 😉
Notes
- It is delicious toasted with almond butter, raspberry jelly, and a sprinkle of salt.
- You can add flavoring like orange lemon zest or almond extract to enhance the flavor.
