So with no lated due, lets get to work and enjoy this homey gluten free treat on a rainy stay home day.

 

 

Gluten Free Almond Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add both the agave and vinegar
  • Add wet ingredients into dry while stirring
  • Butter a small (approx. 6×3 inch) English cake baking tray
  • Bake at 300° for 50 minutes on bottom rack of oven.
  • Test with a knife to see that it comes out clean
  • Cool and enjoy 😉

Notes

  • It is especially tasty toasted with a spread of almond butter, raspberry jelly and a sprinkle of salt.
  • You can add flavouring like orange or lemon zest or almond extract to enhance the flavour.
