Description
This is an excellent opportunity to provide your skin with natural care and to give it moisture and regeneration. Milk thistle contains antioxidants that can help protect the skin from environmental damage and oxidative stress. In addition, the yogurt and lentil flour provide moisture and nourishment to the skin.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of milk thistle oil or a teaspoon of thistle seeds ground into powder
1 tablespoon plain yogurt (no added sugar)
1 heaping tablespoon of lentil flour
A few drops of olive oil (optional if using thistle oil)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the thistle oil or powder, yogurt and lentil flour.
- Mix well until a smooth and creamy mixture is obtained.
- You can add a few drops of olive oil for extra moisture.
- At this point, we will clean the face well and dry it.
- Apply the mask evenly on the face, starting from the center and moving towards the forehead, cheeks and chin. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
- Leave the mask on for about 15 minutes.
- Wash your face well with lukewarm water and enjoy your fresh skin.
