馃帴 Addictive Raw Broccoli and Seeds Salad
The salad that will make you the stars of the evening at any Feast get together. It's full of goodness and insanely delicious that you just can't stop eating it.
Equipment
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Bowl Large
- 1 Knife Sharp
Ingredients
- 2 Flowers Broccoli Fresh - Comes as a flower in a bag or in packages of half flowers
- 3 Onions
- 1 Cup Cranberries Sugar Free Dried
- 1 Cup sunflower seeds Peeled raw
- 1 Cup pumpkin seeds Peeled raw
- 陆 Cup Pine Nuts
- 4 Spoons Raw Honey
- 4 Spoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 7 Spoons Mayonaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the broccoli flowers and stems, excluding the bottom hard stem (you will notice a stringy feeling while cutting it)
- Chop the onions
- Add the seeds, pine nuts and cranberries
- Add the honey, vinegar and mayonnaise
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
