  • Chop the broccoli flowers and stems, excluding the bottom hard stem (you will notice a stringy feeling while cutting it)
  • Chop the onions
  • Add the seeds, pine nuts and cranberries
  • Add the honey, vinegar and mayonnaise
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste

  • The dried cranberries can be replaced with dried blueberries 馃槈
For vegans: you can replace the mayonnaise with vegan mayonnaise.
The quantity in the current recipe is suitable for six diners, you can cut or double all quantities depending on the number of people.
