The recipe is simple to prepare, and the result is spectacular.
Beyond the wonderful taste, here are some of the magic this anti aging balancing tea knows how to do:
- Cylon Cinnamon: is famous for its positive effects on your metabolism and can assist in managing blood sugar levels. Using it in different dishes provides a pleasant taste and could help in regulating glucose levels in the body.
- Clove: The presence of eugenol in this spice makes it highly effective in relieving pain and inflammation. Adding cloves to a beverage can significantly benefit people who regularly experience chronic inflammation or recurring pain.
- Turmeric: Packed with curcumin, this potent antioxidant works to diminish inflammation and support both heart and brain health. Additionally, it’s recognized for its anti-cancer attributes; so by adding turmeric to a beverage, you’re basically boosting its health benefits significantly. (Interestingly enough,) it’s almost like giving your drink an extra dose of wellness potential.
- Ginger: Aids digestion and reduces nausea and gas. Adding ginger to the drink ensures support for the digestive system and improves protection against cold and flu symptoms.
- Honey: Provides natural energy and increases the body’s resilience. Honey contributes a sweet and juicy flavor to the treat in addition to comforting/soothing feelings on the throat and respiratory system.
Pineapple peels’ health benefits: They are rich in nutrients and antioxidants, which protect the body from oxidative damage and strengthen your immune system. They contain abundant citric and malic acid, which not only effectively digest food but also prevent the body from inflammation. Similarly, pineapple skin is a source of vitamin C, manganese, and dietary fiber, positively affecting the human system when applied to our bones or hair.
Pineapple peels to improve health: one of the benefits of losing weight when using pineapple peel is bromelain. This enzyme breaks down proteins, facilitating their digestion and contributing to the absorption of more protein possible in the body. In addition, bromelain also helps to reduce inflammation and break down fluid found in the tissues after heavy meals or even whenever you are feeling bloated.
